The brief
Sustainable builders usually show finished houses and a list of certificates. The concept was to show the thinking instead, and make the process itself the reason to trust them.
The idea
The hero is a short film you control. Scrolling moves through sketch, model, materials, water and community, with the film and the story advancing together.

Deep forest greens and a classic serif give the brand the patience of good architecture.

Below the film, services and materials are laid out plainly, so a serious buyer finds answers quickly.
