What happens to what you send me, in plain words.
Who is responsible
Tasos’s Studio is run by Anastasios Kapnoulas, Thessaloniki, Greece. Write to me at tasoskapnoul@gmail.com.
What I collect
What you type into the contact form: your name, email, what you need, when you need it and your message, plus your phone and budget if you choose to add them.
Why
Only to reply to you and prepare a proposal, which is a step you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). I send no newsletters and I do not sell your details.
Who else handles them
Cloudflare hosts this site. Web3Forms receives form messages, forwards them to my email and may keep them for up to 3 years. Google delivers the email. All of them may process data outside the EU.
How long I keep them
Messages that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep what the law requires for contracts and invoices.
Cookies and storage
No advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser remembers your language and that you have seen the intro. The host may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive your details, or object to their use, by writing to me. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
